Everything it does, in detail.

Stamp cards
A card that looks like yours, not ours.
Design happens in the Programme Portal, in the browser, with a live preview. The result is rendered into the wallet pass itself.
A guided designer
Pick an icon from a searchable library, set your colours and lay out the slots. You see the card as you build it.
A stamp from an icon, or your own artwork
Pick an icon and a colour and the stamp is made for you, with an inked, slightly worn finish if you want it. Or upload your own.
Slots you control
Circle or square, outline or filled, with blend and opacity so the empty slot can sit quietly on the background or stand out.
Your colours, twice
Set brand colours once for the programme; every new card starts from them, and each card can override its own.
More than one stamp type
A card can carry several currencies, like food and drink or cuts and colours, each with its own stamps and, if you want, its own slots.
Backgrounds and the back of the card
Upload an image, use a pattern with a colour, or go solid. The back of the pass carries your own header and body text.
Stamps that land like real ones
Optional offset and rotation give each stamp its own tilt, so a full card looks stamped, not printed. Or turn it off for a neat grid.
Several cards per programme
One programme can run more than one stamp card. Stamp names stay unique across them so nothing gets confused at the till.
Rewards
Vouchers that arrive by themselves.
Set the rules once. When a member reaches the threshold, the voucher appears on their pass and they get an email. No one has to remember.
Always-on vouchers
A reward at any stamp threshold, attached to the card and available to every member who gets there. Several per card is fine.
Expiry and terms
Each voucher can carry an optional expiry and its own terms and conditions, shown on the pass and in the email.
Campaign vouchers
A time-limited reward available only during a campaign, only to the segment it targets. It disappears when the window closes.
Welcome stamps
Give a stamp or two the moment someone joins. It's a real transaction, so it counts toward the first reward.
Milestone emails
A nudge at the halfway point, on the Pro plan, with stamps collected and stamps to go.
For your customers
In their wallet, next to their payment cards.
Members never install anything. The card is an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass, updated by push the moment something happens.
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
Both, from day one. The same card, the same rules, whichever phone they carry.
Join from a link or a code
Scan a code in the shop or tap your programme's link. A phone number and a one-time code. No password, no app.
Updated in near real time
A stamp at the till lands on the pass by push, usually before they've left the counter. Rewards appear the same way.
A code of their own
Each pass carries a QR code unique to that member at that programme. It's what your team scans; it never works anywhere else.
Their choices, respected
Members set what they share (name, email, birthday) and their marketing preferences, per programme. They can leave whenever they like.
At the till
One scan, from any phone.
The retailer app runs on your team's own phones. It stays signed in through a shift, and it does two things: stamp, or redeem.
Scan to stamp
Point the phone at the customer's pass. Choose how many stamps and of which type, and it's done.
Scan to redeem
The same scan shows any voucher the member is holding. Redeem it there and it's marked used everywhere at once.
Campaign prompts, at the moment they matter
When a campaign is running, the app tells the team what to do as they scan: "double stamps on hot drinks this week". Automatic rules apply themselves.
Every stamp has a name on it
Each transaction records which team member issued it, so activity by person is there when you want it.
Locations
Name your sites and each transaction can record where it happened. Reports filter by location.
Members and segments
Know who's new, who's loyal, and who's slipping.
Every member is scored on how often they visit against the cadence you'd expect for your kind of shop. That puts them in a segment, automatically, and keeps it current.
Five levels
New, Champions, Loyal, Casual and Sleepers, set by visit frequency against your programme's expected cadence, from several times a week to less than monthly.
Three trends
Engaged, Stable or Lapsing, from whether recent visits are up or down on the period before. A Champion who's lapsing is worth a message before they're a Sleeper.
Find anyone
Search by name or phone number. See their stamps per type, vouchers held, full history with dates, locations and who served them, and their segment.
Fix things by hand
Issue a stamp or a voucher to one member or a whole segment from the portal. Correct a mistake without a workaround.
Message one person
A one-to-one email or text to a member, from their profile, when a personal touch is what's needed.
See their pass status
Whether they've added the pass, on which platform, and when it last updated, so "my card isn't updating" has an answer.
Campaigns and communications
Reach the right people with the right reason.
A campaign is a time-limited push aimed at a segment. It can change how stamps are earned, add a reward, announce itself, and measure whether it worked.
A window and a target
Start and end dates, and the segment it's for. One campaign runs at a time, so the team always knows what's on.
Earning rules
Double or triple stamps on a stamp type, applied automatically. Or a bonus stamp for a named product, prompted to the team at the till.
A control group
Hold some of the target segment out, and see whether the campaign actually drove visits rather than guessing.
Email campaigns
One a month on Growth, two on Pro — enough to matter, not enough to be noise. Sent to the target segment, honouring every opt-out.
SMS campaigns
On Pro, at cost. For the message that has to be seen today.
Copy written for you
Describe the campaign and get a draft email you can edit. For busy owners, not marketers. Capped at ten drafts a week.
The emails that send themselves
Welcome and verification, "your reward is ready", "voucher redeemed", and on Pro the halfway nudge. Sent one-to-one, never suppressed by a marketing opt-out.
Reporting
What's happening, and whether it's working.
The programme dashboard shows the whole picture; the reports let you narrow it by date and location.
Engagement over time
Enrolments, stamps issued by type, redemptions by voucher, and wallet adds and removes, as trends rather than totals.
Segments at a glance
How many members sit in each level and trend, and how that's moving.
By location
Every report filters by site, so you can see which shop is busy and which needs a push.
Staff activity
Stamps and redemptions per team member. Useful for a quiet word or a well-earned thanks.
Export
Stamps and redemptions to CSV, for the accountant or your own spreadsheet.
Team and setup
Self-serve, with someone on the end of the phone.
Everything is set up in the Programme Portal by you or someone you've made an admin. For the beta, we do it with you.
Owner, admins, team
One owner; admins you appoint who can do everything but the billing; team members who scan. Add and remove them yourself.
No passwords, anywhere
Everyone signs in with their mobile number and a one-time code. Owners, admins, team and members alike.
Ready when it's ready
A programme goes live only once it has a valid card, a reward and a team member. The portal tells you what's missing.
Support that can see what you see
When you ask for help, we can look at your programme as you do, without you sharing a login.
Privacy and data
Their data, handled properly.
Built for GDPR from the start, not bolted on. What a member shares with your programme stays with your programme.
Per-programme by design
A member's name, email and birthday live with your programme. If they also use a card at the barber's, the two never see each other's details.
Right of access
Any member can download everything held about them, at any time, from their own account.
Leaving and erasure
A member can leave your programme, which anonymises their history, or delete their account entirely. Both are self-service.
Opt-outs that hold
Marketing preferences are per programme and per channel. Operational emails still arrive; marketing stops the moment they say so.
Codes that expire
One-time sign-in codes and verification links are short-lived and single-use.
Ready when you are.
Nothing to install, no hardware at the till. Tell us about your shop and we'll get you started.
